Stephanie Barreto is the owner of Love Light and Healing Center. Stephanie has always been interested in health and wellness.

In 1997 she completed her Practical Radiology Technician certification from the Bryman School. In 2012, Stephanie became the caretaker of both her parents. Her mom was diagnosed with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and her dad was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. After their passing, she discovered Naturopathic medicine—a world where medicine could be natural, and people could find relief from pain and discomfort without needing excessive pharmaceuticals. Having cared for her ailing parents and knowing she could not heal the disease that took their lives gave her a burning desire to help others find a balance to align their minds, bodies, and spirits in order to have a more joyful life journey. In 2020 Stephanie became an Emotion Code Practitioner and is a certified Auricular Acupuncturist (NADA Protocol).

Her desire to help others live a joyful life is why Love Light and Healing Center exists. With this business and with the amazing people she has on her team, Stephanie now has the tools necessary create and provide a safe space for healing and self-care. When she sees people come in with stress or pain and they receive the care they need, she sees the difference Naturopathic medicine has made for them firsthand. “Being able to see and hear firsthand the difference my therapists have on the lives of everyone who comes through my doors is one of the most rewarding feelings I have ever felt.” When asked why she opened Love Light and Healing Center, Stephanie says, “Because inside these walls is where healing happens. Not just healing for those coming in, but for those who are already within.”The Center’s very existence brings joy to her soul.
