Olivia C. Mecca
Olivia was born and raised in Connecticut, and graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. After a long athletic career in sports, and a passion for exercise and health, Olivia established a healthy lifestyle and studied the benefits of maintaining one.
Experiencing her mom’s two battles with breast cancer, Olivia developed an interest in early disease detection and disease prevention. She first encountered thermography in researching screening methods for younger women ineligible for mammograms, as her mother was first diagnosed at age 32. Because of this, Olivia had her first thermography screening at 18, and has been regularly screened since.
Olivia is dedicated to educate and help people of all ages, and promoting the use of thermography as a screening method for total body health.
