I’m Amy Vowles, and I’m an Advanced Trained practitioner in Nutrition Response Testing. This is a small piece of my story:

I first took an interest in muscle testing back in college. I seriously considered becoming a chiropractor to further pursue muscle testing, but I knew all I really wanted to do was muscle test.

I also studied nutrition in college and took a huge interest in that. I loved the idea that we could use nutrition as a way to shape our own health and not only recover from but also avoid ill health.

These interests persisted but I never found the right avenue to meld them into the career that I wanted.

Fast forward a decade or so and I found myself in the midst of my own health challenges. That is when Nutrition Response Testing found me at just the right time in my life.

I immediately knew that this was not just the way forward in the recovery of my own well-being but also the perfect opportunity to marry my passions into a way to help other people. Two months later I was in my first class for Nutrition Response Testing and the rest is history.

Since then I have helped hundreds of patients get to the root cause of their health issues and get their health back on track.

“Complicated” cases are my favorite cases, but I love helping people of all ages and in all stages of their wellness journey.
